On February 22nd, 2022, Dr. Eugene Allen was presented a certificate from the Guinness Book of World records for the Tallest 3D-printed sculpture of a human being which is placed on one of his billboards with Bulletin Displays in Los Angeles.
Measurement of Dr. Allen 3D Statue: Height 15’-3” (449.58 centimeters), Depth 38” (96.52 centimeters), Width from left hand to right hand finders 131” (332.74 centimeters), Dr. Allen’s foot 33” (83.82 centimeters).

Mark Kudler, President of Bulletin Displays, organized the event on November 21, 2020 by coordinating the shipment of the 3D statue to coincide with closure of a lane of traffic per an encroachment permit and the arrival of the crane crew to lift the statue onto billboard #9060. I supervised the safety of the public and media attending the event.
Mark is the third generation sign builder and has been the President of California’s billboard association called California State Outdoor Advertising Association (CSOAA). I personally design, build and operate a lot of the municipal landmark message center signs and have been on the cover of Outdoor Advertising Magazine in 2012 for organizing the building of 16 billboards in 3 days per an article in the magazine called the “The Compton Choreograph”.
